My 24th Birthday Bonding w/ Friends + New Pink Room

I invited two of my best friends last Saturday to sleep-over here in my place. We had a post-celebration for my birthday and ate all the food that we were craving for. OuO They also brought me a birthday cake~ Yeey~

We spent the night watching Attack on Titan the movie over the internet. (We were told it wasn't worth it to watch on big screen hehe.) while stuffing our mouths with Mcdo fries. *U*

The next day, we went to Fishermall to play arcade games and sing at karaoke booths. We sang our hearts out to our favorite 90's songs. It felt so good and refreshing because it had been years since the last time we went together.

I just recently moved to the extension of our house. I finally have my own (pink XD) room that I can decorate with all the kawaii and colorful stuff.

My Goals for 2015

Fresh year, fresh start. Change, it's the only constant thing in this world but applying it to yourself can be challenging. Here are the things that I want to change and work on this 2015.

Enjoy life and go with the flow

I am such a worrywart that I tend to think about every negative thing that could happen in my life.

Become open to opportunities knocking

I'll be prepared to accept challenges and give my all.

Be more productive

Do other useful chores instead of wasting time playing/idling all day.

Lower my pride and be more understanding

This. This might be one of the hardest thing to change in my personality. I'm short-tempered and whenever I make mistakes, I'm always hesitant to accept them.

Be with people who really matter

Quality will always be better than quantity so I'll keep my priorities straight and spend more time with only a few people who really care and matter in my life.

Start working on career

Sadly, I'm still jobless for almost seven months now and thinking about it really makes me depressed. I need to shape up and find a great opportunity now.

Begin saving/investing for the future

I don't have a single penny in my bank account right now and it makes me feel unsure about my future. One I get a work, I'll really start saving and searching for a good long-term investment.

Discard emotional and concrete clutter

I need to let go of these useless thoughts in my mind and sort out my growing stuff as well.

Blog more

I want to be more active and write about the things that I experience and interest me.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'll be checking this list from time to time just to make sure I'm keeping up with everything. Happy 2015 to all of us. :)

Depression...

Oh geez.. Ever since I've graduated from college, I never thought I'd experience this degree of anxiety and depression that I'm currently suffering from. How many times has it been already that I've questioned my decision and choices in my life. It's only now that I think I'm regretting everything. My field of study is anything related to Marketing but now I don't think I want anything to do with jobs related to that. I feel like I wanted to do other things.. other great things that truthfully aren't really for me. I have this tendency of trying to attempt to be like those awesome people with amazing profession and talent. I greatly admire people who had a gift for creativity and art. I wanted to be like those fashion enthusiasts who make their own line of clothing and accessories. I badly wanted to become a web designer because I really think they are cool. I just want everything that I'm not. I really like singing not in a professional manner, but I just want to be able to sing properly and somehow make somebody appreciate my singing. At this point in my life, I'm not really sure what I really wanted to do. I envy people, I envy successful people. I decided to abandon my social life because I kept looking down on myself and thought everyone will probably belittle me if they know that I'm currently career-less, yes I don't want to call it jobless I'd just thought I'd seem more pathetic. Haha.

Lately, I'm drowning myself within a fictional world and setting. I just keep on watching anime series and reading fictional novels because somehow, I feel like I'm one of the characters in the story. That I am one of their companions and that I also live inside their own fantasy world. How convenient, huh? If only that feeling could last me a life time.
